I had a great experience renting from this landlord. They were always professional, responsive, and attentive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The property was well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were handled quickly. It’s clear they genuinely care about their tenants and take pride in their property. I would definitely recommend renting from them to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I love my development and my apartment. Dawn was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I am so appreciative. My neighbors are wonderful and my apartment is so roomy and smartly designed that I have plenty of closet space. I highly recommend the development

My experience here is an absolute blessing . Dawn ,the leasing agent has gone above and beyond for me . I have a disability and she was sensitive to my needs She was so kind and considerate in explaining everything I needed to know about renting here at Fairfield. I was accommodated in so many extraordinary ways. It is so refreshing to be treated with such respect. I do not feel stigmatized in any way .

They do look nice on the surface, but there are constant rent increases. There are insect issues, and for certain no matter how much in advance you plan to move-out they will charge you an additional month and you will have to fight for your deposit no matter how clean you kept the place or if you had a short-term lease.

This is my first time renting an apartment. Dawn the manager and Ava were so helpful and made my experience enjoyable. I was shown my exact unit and got all the information I needed. I can’t wait to move into my new home.
