Both my boyfriend & I had a very positive experience working with Carol for our rental apartment. Everything went smoothly & the process was made easy. Good sized apartments, bigger than most in this area / price range.. But things seem to be going downhill. They no longer have on-site maintenance & they don't seem very good about following their own policies..

The area is nice and my neighbors are great. the only problem i have is that fairfield property service manager is not on point. i needed a new fridge and once he was notified he came after i complained up the food chain. he eventually showed up with a smaller replacement fridge, with the intent to give me a new one in a few weeks. well....months have passed and im still waiting. there are other issues but we will see how long the rest will take.
