Donna was very helpful and professional to work with while I was searching for an apartment. She answered all my questions and concerns. I just picked up my keys yesterday and I love the place! There are plenty of closets! I love the crown molding, appliances, deck, and how much lighting there is! I can't wait to get settled in. The location is ideal near hospitals, shopping and restaurants.

Longtime resident, Recently transferred from an upstairs unit at Fairfield Meadows to a ground level apartment here.
Terrence the rental agent was very attentive, easy to work with & gets an A for communication.
Larry & his crew are total pros & got my new unit ready in record time.
Fairfield Meadows is highly recommended!

Terrance and Dawn were absolutely amazing. Extremely helpful and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and helped me find a great apartment for me and my girlfriend. They were nothing but professional and polite. I would highly recommended going and seeing them or if your doing your research before closing the deal with them and you are skeptical, Have no fear you’re in great hands and have nothing to worry about!

This was my first apartment and it was so nice, in comparison to what we were looking at, and reasonable, too. I am coming to the end of my 18-month lease and wouldn't leave if not so far from my Westbury job and my husband's failing health. Never saw a bug, well, only one spider. I have a basement, supposedly the only one w/full W/D, crown molding (it really makes the place look good) deck for my dog, central air, quiet, safe to walk my dog at night, granite floors, beautiful but not good for... the dog, DMV, food stores, pizza, 7/11, TJMaxx across the street. Mall down the road. Really near every thing except my work. Staff is also great! Only down side is they don't have a dog run! They need a dog run! Do not pass this place up!
