Fairfield itself is terrible. The buildings in this complex are older, constant maintenance issues that you have to fight to get resolved, and a lot of bugs regardless of season and how much you clean. Despite all of this I wanted to stay as it is quiet in my corner and I like my neighbors a lot. The rent is going up again and they won’t make consideration for... any type of concession, despite renovated versions of my unit being advertised for substantially less than my current rent. I leased for a year and I couldn't have waited for my year to be over. I had 2 different floods from the roof. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom was fixed but it ruined half the clothes in my closet and they wouldn't even compensate me. The other flood was a couple weeks before I moved out and they never fixed it. The Maintenance is absolutely atrocious. Oh and I finally got my security deposit back last week and I've been out of there for 3 and a half months... constantly calling to make sure I get it back and of course no answer. I have lived here for one year and I have had multiple experiences dealing with maintenance. The guys they have are good but under manned. The laundry facility is rarely if at all cleaned. And too small for this complex.

We have lived in sunrise gardens for four years in a two bedroom. We just recently moved into a brand new one bedroom. Dina made the transition so easy. Always available to answer one of our many questions. Harry and the maintenance guys are all wonderful. They get back to you and make repairs in a timely manner. We are truly happy and love being in our new home.

My boyfriend and i just moved to this location recently. We were looking to move quick but also Looking for a community to accommodate us and our small pup. Our apartment is beautiful, grounds well kept, everyone is to themselves but also friendly and what we love the most is how QUIET the community is, we recently got locked out and when you call the emergency number after hours someone came right away; we looked and looked and we are extremely happy with our move.
