I would not recommend living here to anyone. If you do, you’ll be spending a lot of money to live in an unsafe and crumbling apartment. The units are renovated and modern, but the buildings are old and have major issues that management is not addressing.

We saw cockroaches on multiple occasions while we lived at RH but were told there wasn’t an infestation or cockroach problem (even though we kept seeing them routinely).

A water leak caused water damage in multiple units in our building... resulting in heavy objects falling off walls, walls straight up crumbling and mold. When we moved out we found mold on the back of pictures we had hanging on the walls. This was after being told there “wasn’t any mold” and they charged us for breaking our lease because we didn’t want to live with these safety issues.

The only positive thing I have to say about RH is that the maintenance staff is very professional, helpful, and great at what they do.

Their maintenance guys give great service. It’s got two pools and a workout room. I recommend it to all my friends and family because it’s very family oriented and it’s got plenty of room to walk around the block if you wanted. A place like Renaissance Hills Apartments. I would give 10 out of 10 stars never mind five.

I've lived in various apartments around the world, and unfortunately, my experience here has been disappointing due to poor noise insulation and inadequate management response. Despite the apartments being clean and recently renovated, the noise from neighbors, especially upstairs, is unbearable, making it almost impossible to enjoy quiet time at home. Despite providing management with recordings and evidence, they've stated they cannot do anything to address the issue and are unwilling to allow... a lease break without penalty. Additionally, I've encountered heating issues, with my apartment reaching uncomfortable temperatures during winter and inadequate resolution from management, forcing me to purchase extra heaters. The staff and rental office is very disrespectful, they do not care about you and your well being. They will make you feel a lot worse. Rent is way to high for no reason. Unless you want to struggle communicating with them do not rent here. They are very petty people without you provoking them to be that way. Please go somewhere else where you and your home is respected and you get what you are paying for respectfully
