3 medium-to-large sized bedrooms and 1 full bathroom with very large L-shaped Living Room and Dining Room. Eat-in Kitchen with brand new floor (charcoal porcelain tile on top of a newly installed mud floor), granite counter tops, new refrigerator, new gas stovetop & oven range, built-in microwave oven, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space!

Beautiful double lot sized yard, including newly expanded patio surrounded by white fencing for privacy - must share with other tenants. No big 20+ guest parties.

$3750 monthly rent includes $300 per month max allowance towards entire home's natural gas (heat, hot water, cooking gas). Tenant responsible for 50% of any monthly bill exceeding $300. I have a special preference of attracting and retaining HIGHLY RELIABLE tenants which is why I have and will continue to invest a lot of money into this home (new windows, new roof, commercial grade gutters, underground concrete drywells, white PVC fence, vinyl siding, natural gas heating furnace, 50-gallon hot water tank, landscaping, sprinkler system, new fiberglass front doors with Andersen storm doors with slide up screens, etc.).

Landlord References and Background & Credit checks absolutely required -- at tenant's expense.

Tenants must buy and have Renter's Insurance (minimum $100,000 liability coverage) for entire duration of the lease.
