Drugs and crime ridden. Place always smells like weed and management does nothing about it. Occasionally you will find drugs in your front yard or on your car. Vehicle break ins happen weekly.
Their front entrance camera is what they consider top notch security.

We were BLOWN AWAY by this property. We’re signing into a Rosewood floorplan & boy oh boy were we floored. Beautiful, spacious & updated bathrooms. Open concept, updated kitchen & appliances, high ceilings, walk in closets, you name it!! The apartment is huge, it doesn’t feel like an apartment at all. The moment we saw it, we were already envisioning our furniture & belongings inside. We can’t wait to call this place home. & we cannot say enough good things about the leasing consultant, Dawn.... She’s thoughtful, knowledgeable & wants to see her potentials happy. She made the leasing process smooth & exciting!! This property is a must see, must rent!!

Met with Dawn this morning to look at Fairfield townhouses in Selden to upgrade to a larger apartment. Dawn was wonderful with the application process. The property was beautiful and the apartments were very spacious. All of the appliances looked brand new and the apartments are around many restaurants and stores.
