Unpleasant experience. Not recommend this place at all.

All staff and maintenance are great people who all have a positive attitude. I have never experienced any one of them in a grouchy mood or anything similar of that nature.

This community has to be one of the best on Long Island. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. Services such as package delivery and trash removal are made easy and convenient. The facilities and apartments are well maintained and give a sense of home. Overall a great place to live.

The Alston staff is second to none. Everyone is treated like family. The staff remembers tenants’ names and are a pleasure to work with. While the property is well maintained, it is the staff that make the Alston the best place to live.
