All roommates have professional jobs and or go to school, so they are rarely home. We are looking for roommates who complement the current tenants, are good people, have no drama, and are clean. Very financially stable via either a mix of your job that's on the books, a solid co-signer, a high level of savings, or other solid proof of financial strength - to be discussed.
