In over two decades of real estate experience, Saleem has become extremely knowledgeable in residential and commercial real estate, including both rentals and sales of both, and now provide his services in Westchester, the Bronx, Putnam, Rockland and surrounding counties. To better address the needs of his various clients, he has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Certified Buyer Representative and Commercial & Investment Real Estate Certified designations. Saleem is also well-informed on property management, relocation and short sales. Saleem enjoys building relationships with his clients throughout the process and maintaining those connections by being attentive and responsive during and beyond the transaction. He understands that communication is key to any good relationship, and to successful outcomes for all parties. Saleem grew up in Jordan and came to the U.S. as a teenager with his brothers. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Arabic. After graduating from Yonkers H. S., he went on to Rockland Community College and then to SUNY Oswego, working full-time in the restaurant business to put himself through school. Saleem's entrepreneurial journey began as the owner of 5 video rental stores in Yonkers, Dobbs Ferry, Irvington, and Spring Valley; he was even honored with a write-up in the NY Times about the great service and selection he provided! As that business began to change, Saleem turned to real estate, something his dad sparked his interest in growing up. Saleem immediately realized the outstanding potential and never turned back. When Saleem is not working hard, he enjoys listening to music, watching baseball from the kids to the pros, helping his wife in the garden, and vacationing on Cape Cod.
